The islands of Saint Kitts and Nevis have a tropical climate with a rainy season and a dry season.
Temperatures range between 28 and 31° throughout the year (they lose five to six degrees at night). Rainfall is higher in the mountains located in the center of the islands (2 500 to 3 800 mm per year) than on the coasts (900 to 1200 mm per year). Humidity ranges from 70% in March to 80% in September, October and November. Cyclones sometimes reach the coasts of the islands in September, October and November.
