Corsica has a Mediterranean climate with four seasons.
Temperatures range betwween 13° in January and 28° in August. Rainfall reaches 800 to 900 mm per year on the coast (they are higher in the mountains located in the center of the island).
Winter (December to February)
Temperatures are stable (13° during the daytime, 6° at night) and rainfall is moderate.
Spring (March to May)
Temperatures rise slowly (15° in March, 17° in April, 20° in May) and rainfall is low.
Summer (June to August)
Temperatures are high (25 to 28°) and rainfall is very low.
Autumn (October to November)
The temperatures drop progressively (25° in September, 21° in October, 17° in November) and rainfall is high.
