Andorra has a mountain climate with four seasons.
Temperatures range in the valleys between 3° in January and 22° in July (they are lower in the mountains). Rainfall reaches 1 000 mm per year. Sunshine is very high throughout the year (three hundred days per year).
Winter (November to March)
Temperatures are low (0 to 7°) and snowfalls are abundant.
Spring (April to June)
Temperatures rise slowly (5 to 9° in April, 10 to 14° in May and 15 to 18° in June) and rainfall is high.
Summer (July to August)
Temperatures reach 18-22° during the daytime but they lose ten degrees at night. Rainfall is high.
Autumn (September to October)
The temperatures progressively drop (14 to 19° in September, 10 to 14° in October) and rainfall is high.
