Climate

 
Cuba has a tropical climate with a rainy season and a dry season.

Temperatures range from 26° in January to 32° in July. Rainfall reaches 1 100 mm per year (500 mm per year in the mountains located in the east of the island). Sea temperature ranges between 24 in January and 30° in July. Cyclones

Rainy season (May to October)
Temperatures range between 30 and 32° (they lose five to seven degrees at night). Rainfall is abundant.

Dry season (November to April)
Temperatures are mild (26 to 28° during the daytime, they lose five to seven degrees overnight). Cold winds sometimes cause a sharp drop in temperatures in December and January when they pass through the island.
