Climate

 
Palau has a tropical climate with a long rainy season and a short dry season.

Temperatures reach 30° all year round (they lose seven degrees at night). Rainfall (very short and frequent showers in the afternoon) reaches 3 800 mm per year and sunshine ranges between six and eight hours a day. Humidity is high throughout the year (75-85%). Storms sometimes pass through the islands between June and December.

Rainy season (May to December)
Temperatures are stable (30°) and rainfall is plentiful.

Dry season (January to April)
Temperatures are constant (30°) and rainfall is high.
