Samoa has a tropical climate with a rainy season and a dry season.
Temperatures are high throughout the year (30° during the daytime, 23° at night). Rainfall is higher in the central mountains (7 500 mm per year) than on the coasts (2 500 mm per year). Sunshine is moderate (six to eight hours per day).
Rainy season (November to April)
