The Seychelles has a tropical climate with a rainy season and a dry season.
Temperatures are constant throughout the year (30° during the daytime, 24° at night) and rainfall is abundant (3 000 mm per year). Sunshine is very high (seven hours per day) and humidity is always high. Sea temperature ranges between 27 and 29° C all year round. Hurricanes reach sometimes the small islands located in the south of the archipelago.
Rainy season (October to April)
Temperatures slightly exceed 30° and humidity is very high (over 80%). The sky is cloudy regularly due to heavy rains.
Dry season (May to September)
Temperatures are stable (29°), rainfall is low and sunshine is very high.
