Climate

 
Vanuatu has a tropical climate with a rainy season and a dry season.

Temperatures range between 30° in January and 25° in July. Rainfall is higher on the northern islands (4 000 mm per year) than on the southern islands of the archipelago (2 000 mm per year). Sunshine is moderate (six to eight hours per day).

Rainy season (November to April)
Temperatures are constant (30°) and rainfall (heavy showers in the afternoon) is abundant.

Dry season (May to October)
Temperatures are stable (25°) and rainfall is high.
